- 01
Ask for the original scene
Your architect or visualisation studio should provide the project used to make your marketing images, rather than only the finished pictures.
- 02
Keep the visual assets together
Include materials, textures, furniture and linked files, plus one finished render as a reference. Package linked assets together.
- 03
Send what you have
Tell us which software the project comes from. We review it and confirm any export or preparation needed, including for BIM models.
Will my model work?
Ask your architect or visualisation studio for the complete 3D scene used to create your marketing renders, including its materials, textures, furniture and linked assets. You do not need to know the file format yourself.
- The scene behind your marketing images
- Send the original project details and one finished render. If an export is needed, we can agree on the format with your visualiser.
- BIM models
- Have an IFC, Revit or another BIM project? Tell us what you have. We review the model and its visual assets, then confirm any export or preparation needed. A BIM model may need more detail to match the marketing renders.
- .blend
- Include packed textures or all linked texture files.
- .glb
- Export with materials and textures included.
- .gltf
- Include the related .bin file and texture folders.
- .fbx
- Include all textures used by the exported model.
- .obj
- Include the .mtl material file and all texture images.
Keep linked files together in one ZIP. Include a reference render so we can check the intended appearance. Have another format? Tell us what software it comes from.
